Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FrameBoost ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

FrameBoost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Software only in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
• Not use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain the security of your system when using the Software

4. Intelligent Optimization Features

FrameBoost includes advanced optimization features that may modify system processes, adjust CPU/GPU priority, manage memory allocation, and optimize network settings. By using these features, you acknowledge that such modifications are performed at your own risk and discretion.

5. User Consent for System Modifications

You explicitly authorize FrameBoost to perform the following system modifications:

• Memory management and RAM optimization
• Process priority adjustments
• Network latency optimization
• System resource allocation changes
• Background process management

By granting these permissions, you accept responsibility for any system changes resulting from the Software's operation.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that system optimization software may interact with critical system functions. By authorizing FrameBoost to perform optimizations, you assume all risks associated with its actions, including but not limited to potential system instability, data loss, or performance variations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FRAMEBOOST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMEBOOST, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
• ANY SYSTEM CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE SOFTWARE
• ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SOFTWARE
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS TRANSMITTED BY THE SOFTWARE

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SOFTWARE'S SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST FRAMEBOOST FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM AUTHORIZED OPTIMIZATIONS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FrameBoost and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Software or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

FrameBoost reserves the right to terminate your license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and remove it from your system.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
